Image-Line wants the war!! Deckadance it's coming ...
Image-Line, famous software house for FL Studio, one of the best software to the production music based on loops and virtual instruments, is coming with a dj software that is placed between Virtual Dj and Traktor, and that it seems to be a powerful and mature product being still in not definitive version. The support to BCD 2000 is native and working very well.All the main controls are perfectly commanded by the buttons, knobs and sliders of the BCD, and there is a particular configurations for the effects that working very good and that it's very funny. The buttons A, B, C, and D are to the relooper of the deck A and B (2 for each player) and the configuration panel of relooper, like to VDJ, is wonderful.The Analog A and B works to choice the main effects/filters and the knobs up are used to change the 2 main parameters (x and y) of the effects. If you want more there are two extra panels to control the live sampler and the VST effects.I'm sure all workings perfect!A little bug is the use of the jog in order to make scratch, that at the moment it works only holding pressed the button scratch in the BCD, and that at the moment dont't do the backspin(?).The jog works perfectly with the player stopped and it is very similar to vinyl style, with a powerful latency.Moreover the Keylock/Master Tempo function generates an annoying echo effect to the start of the track (using the jog) and that shows all its limits of quality when you use it strong. We have not tried the sync function.Our final judgment is much positive one.

ok. a piece of a cool soft... but. how to setup deckadance to use pfl? i spent whole night finding the way - null. nothing. damn. i saw ure video on youtube, guys and i'm wondering did you made it?

Yes , pfl assignment is a bit strange.
You need to activate by mouse the 2 pfl button on the software interface (button with headphones pitcure).
After this you can change assignement on BCD by PFL MIX knob.

ok... works perfect. tnx. but ofcoz there was a trick. I had to connect my phones to the laptop's audio output.

In order to use headphones, you need to activate Cue button on deckadance (buttons with headphone pitcure), after you can to use pflmix knob on bcd to select decka or deckb.

I have ben trying all program (vdj traktor bdj futuredecks deckadance) and the music stoped after 15 minutes of playing.
Only Xylio programs works but with a litle cuts into the tracks (less than 1 sec.) My system is a hp notebook (Athlon 64 3700+, 1gb ram...).If anyone knows something please let me now:)

Please check if you have done this from installation manual:
In the device manager (right click on My computer > Manage > Device Manager) , click option "Batteries" > disable Microsoft ACPI -Compliant Control Method Battery.
In the USB Controller , do the following for each single USB root hub: Right click > properties > power management > disable the option " allow the computer to turn off this device to save power.
Otherwise check if you have installed , firewall, antivirus, screen saver, energy power settings, or other background software that need too resources.

I would like to use the "downbeat"+Sync" button also on my BCD 2000-
I tried to program some buttons with midi learn or midi forget but I couldn change anything of the midi button setup of my BCD ?
How can I do it?
on Taktor or B-DJ I could do it?

just buy a set of time code control vinyl, like torq or miss pinky or whatever is supported by deckadance, connect the turntables to
your bcd, plug the bcd via usb into your computer and play with the settings in 'vinyl/ext settings' in deckadance.After you set the vynil to miss pinky or Torq you might still need to hit the 'learn timecode' button.
I had very little trouble doing this with my bcd and now i just have the turntables going in directly via a multi IN/OUT soundcard.
I am using BCD 2000 and Deckadance 20.6 and there is always a noise with the sound, what can cause that? old versions of deckadance work withaout noise i have test it? Can somebody help

Noise is generated by a low latency value.
Please increase latency and disabling key lock.

Hey all!
I have deckadance and bcd2000 and they just dont work together. when i play a song in deckadance no buttons/knobs on my bcd2000 do anything. the only thing that works is master volume..thats it

If you like deckadance could be a good idea change your BCD with BCD3000, that it's perfect with deckadance

i used Deckadance for quite a while and i was highly sadisfied with it.
now i bought me a laptop and installed deckadance again - but this time, i can't get it to work. :(
could anyone help me please with the configuration? i'm close to losing my mind - all i want is to make music . i dont want to get stressed out everytime i reinstall some software parts. hate behringer for the sick support of the BCD 2000.
PLEASE can anyone send or tell me the configuration to get my BCD work again?

i decrease latency and it is ok now with the noise...the last problem is..the is no left/right monitor...any fix for that?

yes i have the last release...i mark that two headphone icons and...the monitor left right is not working...i listen just one deck on my headphones
Hey everyone...
I just recently got me the bcd2000 from behringer, and it's pretty sweet and all, works like a dream with virtual dj 5.2. But I've got a few problems.
Firstly, I cannot install the v1.1.1 driver update. Whenever I run the exe it says I should connect bcd2000 and then click continue. After I connect it nothing happens. There's no continue button.
Also, with virtual dj 5.2 I get sound artifacts (like time stretching) when I change the tempo in increments higher than, let's say 20%.
Thing is I want to use Deckadance, but I've had no luck so far. The jog wheels don't work like they should, PFL assingment is way strange, and IT CRASHES every 5 minutes or so.
Any help on these matter would be greatly appreciated.

Might be worth mentioning this is on vista 32 bit with sp1, dual core 1.67GHz, 2gb ram and I have Deckadance v1.31
Hi, i have bcd3000 and deckadance. I can not figure out how to output Master audio to my pc soundcard while using the bcd soundcard for my headphones.
How do i set this up??
